分阶段实施:
第一阶段（2025年1月1日）:手机、数码相机、耳机、平板电脑、路由器等产品将受到影响。
第二阶段（2026年4月1日）:这一阶段只适用于笔记本电脑。
The conformity assessment procedure is Type 1a and will come into force on February 16, 2025.
Phased Implementation:
Stage 1 (January 1, 2025): Products such as mobile phones, digital cameras, earbuds, tablets, routers, and more will be affected.
Stage 2 (April 1, 2026): This phase applies only to laptops.
